Construction Project Manager – SERVPRO of Alexandria
Are you a hands-on leader passionate about construction and customer service? SERVPRO of Alexandria is growing, and we’re looking for a Reconstruction Junior Project Manager to join our team!

Position: Full-Time | Hourly Rate + Commission
Location: In-person - 113 Clermont Ave
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all construction project phases, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and compliance with codes/scope
  • Document photos, contracts, and change orders
  • Work with superintendents on daily and final project reviews
  • Handle vendor negotiations, permitting, and final documentation
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Construction management experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication & leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet profit goals
  • Personal phone (for work-related apps)
Physical Requirements
  • Standing/walking/driving for extended periods
  • Comfortable with ladders/heights
  • Able to pass a background check
