In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing our accounts receivable processes, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting our franchise’s growth by ensuring timely collections. You’ll play a key role in helping us maintain the financial health of the business, allowing us to provide top-notch service to our customers while improving cash flow and profitability.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and timely accounts receivable records in QuickBooks®

  • Monitor and manage collections, ensuring timely payments and minimizing outstanding invoices

  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies

  • Communicate directly with clients regarding overdue accounts and payment arrangements

  • Assist with the preparation and analysis of financial reports related to accounts receivable

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate invoicing and payment tracking

  • Process and track payments, including credit card transactions, checks, and ACH transfers

  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes

  • Assist with cash flow management and reporting

  • Maintain accurate customer and vendor records

  • Handle any other accounting-related tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience using QuickBooks® (recent versions)

  • 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or collections

  • Strong understanding of financial principles, particularly accounts receivable and cash management

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent experience in bookkeeping preferred

  • Ability to pass a background check per applicable law

Schedule:

  • 40 hours/week

  • Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM

Pay:

  • Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications
