SERVPRO of Winchester is looking for a Restoration Technician to join our team and help restore homes and businesses after water, fire, or mold damage. In this commission-based role, your hard work directly impacts your earnings—perfect for someone who wants to grow, hustle, and build a career.

What You’ll Do
  • Respond promptly to water, fire, and mold damage emergencies
  • Perform restoration tasks: water extraction, demolition, cleaning, and drying
  • Set up and monitor specialized equipment on job sites
  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and job supplies
  • Clearly communicate job site conditions and safety concerns
  • Ensure the job site is left clean and professional
  • Represent SERVPRO with professionalism and empathy in the field
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in restoration, construction, handyman work, or similar field preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Willingness to work on-call shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
  • IICRC certification a plus (not required—we’ll train the right person!)
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs (sometimes up to 100 lbs with assistance)
  • Comfortable working on ladders, in crawlspaces, attics, or tight areas
  • Ability to use cleaning products and restoration equipment safely
